Victoria Gardens
Victoria Gardens is an off campus university-owned housing estate near Wrexham town centre. It consists of five newly developed, three-storey Victorian-style homes that offer around 30 rooms in a more tranquil environment than on-campus accommodation.
Therefore, Victoria Gardens is suited to students who want a quieter and more peaceful residence to live and study, and for those who want to live nearer to the amenities and services provided in Wrexham Town Centre.
The five houses offer different layouts, each incorporating five or six spacious bedrooms in addition to modern kitchens with space for cooking, eating and socialising.

Victoria Gardens provides a variety of different room options. These range from:
- Single en suite rooms
- Standard plus rooms with a ‘Jack and Jill’ shared bathroom
- Standard single rooms with access to the main bathroom
- Twin rooms with access to shared bathroom facilities
- Residents having shared use of kitchens, dining and living rooms
- Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available in all of the rooms
- Car parking spaces are available for each house.
